I’m Georgia, a qualified personal trainer and Yoga teacher. I’ve been working in the fitness industry for almost 2 years now and I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to create positive change in the lives of the people I work with. 

I believe in the power of movement for the longevity of your body and your mental health. 

It is so important to strengthen your body, support your cardiovascular health and maintain flexibility + balance so that you can move more easily through life. Physical activity is also proven to have positive effects on mental clarity, mood, sleep + stress levels.
